Cool-down exercises

Static stretching will calm your heart rate and stretch your muscles. Spend 30 seconds stretching one muscle at a time.

A regular jog that gradually turns into a walk is the ideal option.

Swimming short distances,

low-intensity exercise on a stationary bike, bicycle, or elliptical trainer.

Finally, just turn on the music and dance for your pleasure - dancing is also a kind of cool-down. All this can be included in your cool-down, in the logical conclusion of the workout.

Example of a hitch

Jogging for 5 minutes.

Walk with breathing recovery for 2 minutes.

Complex stretching of muscles worked during training. 3 minutes.

Hang on the horizontal bar to relax your spine - no more than 30 seconds, depending on how you feel. Don't jump off the bar, but lower yourself gently.

Warm shower.
