While players can unlock Storm Charge through the passive skill tree, it can also be applied to an amulet via infusion. To do this, you’ll need a specific set of POE2 Currency Distilled Emotions, which are used in the infusion process to add Storm Charge to your amulet.

Required Materials:
To infuse Storm Charge onto an amulet, you will need the following Distilled Emotions in the specified order:

Distilled Fear

Distilled Terror

Distilled Envy

You can acquire Distilled Emotions in two primary ways:

Random drops from Delirium enemies in the Ultimate Delirium Map.

Purchasing Distilled Mood from Alva at the Currency Exchange in the Hideout.

Note: Monsters in maps accessed through an Infused Waystone will not drop Distilled Mood, so avoid using this method if you're farming for the infusion items.

Infusion Process
Once you have collected the necessary materials, you can infuse your amulet with Storm Charge by following these steps:

Place the amulet you wish to infuse and all Distilled Emotions in your inventory.

Right-click on any Distilled Mood to open the Infuse window.

In the window, place the amulet in the top slot and the Distilled Emotions in the row below in the correct order: Fear → Terror → Envy.

If done correctly, you will see “Storm Charge” in the text box at the bottom.

Click Infuse to complete the process.

After the infusion, you can equip the amulet as usual, and the Storm Charge effect will be active whenever you land a POE 2 Currency critical hit.
